Nutritious Smoothie with Natural Ingredients!

Whether you just worked out or are looking for a delicious snack, smoothies are the best. These are convenient, quick and easy to make with no cooking skills required and with all the creative ingredient combos out there, the delicious flavor possibilities are endless. I just know you’re going to fall head over heels for this Peanut and Banana smoothie recipe.


Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients. Peanuts are an especially good source of healthful fats, protein, and fiber. They also contain plenty of potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and B vitamins.


Ingredients:

The thing that is so wonderful about this smoothie recipe is that you literally just throw all of your ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.


  • 1 ripe Banana (Freeze for 2 hours to get a thicker & creamier texture)

  • 1/3 cup- Peanut/Groundnut (soaked overnight)

  • 2 cups- Milk

  • 1 tablespoon- Honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon –Cinnamon Powder

  • Seeds- Sesame/Pumpkin/Chia/Sunflower for garnishing (Optional)

Servings: 2 Calorie: 590kcal Prep time: 15 minutes

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth. Add more milk if needed.

3. Garnish with nuts and seeds of your choice

4. Serve immediately.


Variations & Substitutions:

- Dairy milk can be substituted with Almond milk to make a vegan recipe

- Nuts such as almond and cashew can be coarsely chopped to garnish
