With hot & humid temperatures, there's really no better way to celebrate summer than by spending time outside sipping delicious, refreshing summer drinks. This quick, easy & low-calorie summer drink will quench your thirst & soothe your soul. Additionally, this is an excellent post-workout energy drink too.

Ingredients:
Ø 250 ml Tender coconut water
Ø 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Ø 1 tbsp Chia seeds
Ø 4 Mint leaves (crushed)
Ø 1 tbsp Honey
Ø Pinch of salt (optional)
Calories: 174 kcal
(Carbs- 32g; Protein-5g; Fat-3g; Fibre-6g)
Prep time:10 minutes Serves:1
Method:
Take all the above ingredients in a glass, give it a stir & serve it with ice.
